| I am just about to rent my apartment out and I would like to know if I have to register my contract in the government office and ist it legaly valid if not stammped? Thank you |

| Hi, Yes you are required to have 3 copies of the rental agreement, one for yourself, one for the tennent and one for the Tax man, u need to take all 3 copies to the Tax office and pay the tax of the rent before the cotract can become legal, if the tax man finds out after that u have not registered it with the office, the there is an extria fine to pay on top and it is not cheap. |
