| I'm sure many of you have Groupon offers through your E-mail box. I need to warn you all of my experience of rubbish customer services from Groupon. When I originally tried to purchase an offer through Groupon all of my details were accepted including card details. At the end of the completed transaction, Groupon log in details failed leaving me unsure of the order being completed. I straight away contacted Groupon of the query ???? and requested to speak verbally as i needed clarifiaction that my payment had either been taken or not. I received an automated reply with a reference number. To cut a long story short I have recieved over 5 E-mails over the period of 10 days all from different advisers not one of them addressing my initial enquiry, one E-mail asking me once again for my credit details via E-mail. shock horror ???? I would never recommend this company's customer services and would never use them again. My feedback ''Be very aware when using Groupon'' |

| Good to hear R.C.T. . Do I take it that you have never had problems with Customer services at Groupon ? |

| Sorry to say this but read in Sun Newspaper last week that Trading Standards Investigating this Company good luck. |

| I have been using Groupon for about 18 months and think that their offers are brilliant. I did have a problem with one of their offers and asked them to cancel my order, no problem at all. The money was transferred back to my credit card. If you can't get satisfaction from their customer services, write to them. |

| I should have added that if your order is recieved by them they will email you, then send your voucher when the deal closes. |

| Ive bought several that I had absolutely no problem with, but there was one offer here in the UK of a wine tasting party at a very reduced price and after paying never had any contact whatsoever with the company. Contacted Groupon and they are "looking into it" so not hopeful about that one. At least since it was Grou0pon I only lost a small amount. |

| Im sorry, I made a reference to the UK groupon. I have dealt with the Firsat Kibrisli or whatever several times and always had great experiences. If there is an actual Groupon for North Cyprus I haven't used it so I apologize as I didn't know what I was talking about. |

| I recently made an order through groupon and had problems putting my voucher code into the companys order form to order the item and pay for delivery. I emailed Groupon customer services who replied promptly and assured me my order had been processed. Their offers are very good and have used them for the last 6 months. Sometimes the best companies make mistakes so give them another chance. |

| I used groupon for the first time yesterday.......tried to log my voucher code in and it said the coupon had already been processed.......tried four times, each time they said it was unsuccessful.........I emailed them and they replied saying everything was ok with the voucher and to put the code in again making sure it was all capitals, no lower case and the O is a capital o not a zero.....Tried again and it accepted, BUT it only took payment for £1.48 which was the postage........will let you know what happens.................!! |

| My experience with Groupon has been positive. I only had a query when dealing with the provider which in my case was Learn Direct and they were extremely helpful in guiding me through their connecting process by phone. |

| Must say, always been positive. Post 1 - as stated you will receive an e-mail with confirmation. If in doubt, check your bank account to see if any money has been transferred. Seems you have had an unfortunate experience, but if you don't use them - your choice and probably your loss. Some of the offers are brilliant |
