How long had Cyprus Today had it's front page ready to roll off the presses. They obviously forgot to change the price, it was shown as TL2, does it mean we get a rebate from them next week. I bought my copy at Lambousa Market so I don't know if the local shops were only charging the price shown.

Hence the query when was the headline first written, not tight butg if the local shops went by the price on the paper ghrn both they and the newspaper would be losing revenue.
