Maureen would have been delighted by such comments.

Her funeral will be on Tuesday 7th February 2012 at 12.30. in Amersham.

Have put in a somewhat speedy obituary into this week;'s Cyprus Star as did not want to bother you, tony, but have put in comments from Pam, and I know that her thoughts are echoed by many here. I have also said as Pam said that you will be bringing back her ashes and that you may well be arranging a ceremony where all who loved Maureen may say 'Farewell' for now, it is enough to say that the thoughts of all of us are with you, for we all believed that with her determination and courage, plus the stem cell treatment, we would have her back amongst us as if nothing had happened. Sadly, we now realise that is not so, but we will want to feel we have said goodbye in her presence'.

Have courage, Tony, - we are all with you.

Thanks for taking the time to do this post Tony, at what must be a very difficult time for you. I don't need to tell you how I feel, you know how much I loved and respected Maureen. Just to let you know that we have had to cancel the market this week because of the bad weather but next week we plan to hold a special memorial market for Maureen, when we will all wear red in her honour! I am keeping people informed via this forum, emails and facebook and I am sure we will get a good turnout for your lovely lady!
