RBL Morning Cypriot cooking demo at Hotel Lapida, Lapta on 23 February 2012

This month's time and venue have been changed to accommodate a demonstration on how to use local ingredients in traditional cooking, followed by lunch.
The dishes being prepared are:
Lentil & Chicken soup and/or Hummus
Potato and Chicken (or meat) Kofta
Kolkas Moussaka
Cacik and Cypriot Salad
3 different types of Borek (Hellim, Wild plants and Ricotta)
Turkish coffee

Directions - coming from Girne to Lapta, take the first left after passing The Celebrity Hotel, follow the road all the way to the 'T' junction, turn right and keep on this road, the hotel is on the right. If coming from Karsiyaka, turn off right at the first Lapta sign (Lapta triangle) keep going straight on and the hotel is on your left.
