KYRENIA, medieval town and castle at Château Lambousa, Lapta on 20 November 2009

Hans Doeleman (founder of the Medieval Cyprus Fellowship) will deliver an illustrated introduction to:

KYRENIA, ITS FIVE CASTLES AND THE SECRETS OF THE MEDIEVAL TOWN

After Mr. Doeleman completed three (fully booked) walks through medieval Kyrenia in November, there were still 81 interested people on the waiting list. Mr. Doeleman may organise more walks later in 2010, but for now he thinks it’s a good idea to repeat his lecture on Kyrenia (Cerennia of old). The reading is much more extended then he can do during a walk, so if you want to learn all that’s known – come to the reading.
During the talk Hans Doeleman will show many maps, photographs and drawings. He promises: "Kyrenia will never be the same for you!"
