Information for anybody else purchased on the Seaterra Reserve, I paid a visit in October and was very pleased with the high standard of workmanship. The photo's posted on the Seaterra web site are uptodate and not Library photo's. Our apartment was at the tiling stage when i visited and found that all the wiring and airconditioning pipes were in place, not bad as in May 07 when we purchased our apartment, all there was on site were a few olive trees and a sign with the block numbers on.

Any one else who is purchasing we would love to hear from you.

Hi Guys

Hope you dont mind me asking but just had a look on your developer site at recent photos and just wondered what time of year they did the landscaping and do you have a desalination plant on site to water plants? Only reason asking is that we have been told planting up cant be done until our desalination plant is in and wondered whether you had same problems?

Thank you

Not sure about desalination plant but our planted was started in march on the marina but it has took 6 months for the plants to get going and i think it will be a year before it looks really good however on our site i think they have gone over the top with plants and they will take a lot of maintance

Hi,

We have also bought at Sea Terra Bay and will be out there from 5 Feb for 10 days to buy stuff. We're in block A07.

As far as greenery goes, there is a bit of grass on the latest photos - some progress.

Please let me have details of the forum, that would be great. Anyone else out there at the same time as us want to meet up and swap tips/info? When I come back I'll post my shopping tips.

Hi - We've bought on the Reserve site as well - Block C2, by the cloverleaf pool. I'd really appreciate it if you could get a couple of pictures of our block when you're out there. I can only see the ones on the web site and we're not due out until much later on in the year.

Hope that's ok.
