hi everyone, in case my first message went astray, which l think it has. l" m back in the U.K. for a quick visit with family and friends before Christmas, some of you may recall that hubby and lmoved to Kyrenia six weeks ago, it has flown by and so far all is going well. We have settled in to our apartment and a very relaxed way of life. It was all a bit daunting at firstand l for one was not too sure. However after some very sound advice from other members and just taking it day by day it is feeling more like home as each week passes. I fly back on Wednesday, hubby stayed, l must say l am looking forward to getting back, even though l shall miss the family. Christmas dinner will be for the third year running at the Courtyard where l thoroughly recommend it has become our regular, lovely people and great food. We are still waiting for our computer to set up (only taken 4 weeks so far) but we are even getting used to waiting. Slowly slowly isn"t a bad thing and after all patience is a virtue or so they say. I would like to say a big "THANK YOU" to everbody who gave us some useful advice. l am just pleased that Cyprus 44 exists. A very Happy Christmas to all members and who knows perhaps we shall meet in the future. Best wishes.

Glad to hear everything is woking out for you. I know what a big move it is to go live abroard. I did it 20 years ago and never regretted it for a minute.



One day I shall do it again, hopefully to TRNC once our villa is completed in 2009.
