Fazo no there is no way round it, if you dont have pet passport and rabies jab plus blood tests which has to be 6 months clear before you can take him out of country.

go to see a vet, I can recommend Sibel in ozankoy, get his innoculations done and rabies injection done then you have to wait 1 or 2 weeks, then blood test for rabies to make sure it has worked, then the dog still wont be allowed to enter the UK for 6 months, but if you cant stay here for 6 months it will be quarantine in the UK, however each month spent here is less time in quarantine in UK..hope you understand all that.

All dog owners should have a pet passport, your pets need to be up to date with injections, worming and front line (or similar), especially as there are so many strays. Also dogs should be registered with your local Muktah and get a disc with number on it, this should be done annually, 5ytl is going rate, if not and your dog strays, it could be shot.

pet passports ceased here in trnc in October 2005, we brought our Jack Russel in November 2005, sadly now gone due to poison, and were told they had finished month before

The dog will have to be in quarantine for 6 months irrelevant if it has had rabies injections.

hi fazol

go along and see them at the quarentine department because i am sure you will need an export certificate from them as well.

also they will have the most up to date info.

check out the uk's defra website.

if you need any help from the uk end we have a contact close to stansted, who may be able to help.

Hi fazo sorry to hear about you heading back to uk, we spoke about a/c a while ago, sounds like you were building up a decent reputation.

Cheers mate
