I copied this from the Cyprus Mail if people have problems about giving money in that it may be taken by Hamas then give goods they cant do much harm throwing tampax at the Isralies

Red Cross in Gaza aid plea



THE CYPRUS Red Cross is calling on the public to donate basic goods for the victims of the hostilities in Gaza.



There is an urgent need for blankets, sheets, towels nappies, baby food, powdered milk, milk bottles, pacifiers, evaporated milk, rice, biscuits, sugar, pasta, tea, shampoos, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, sanitary towels, baby wipes and cleaning items (antiseptics, detergents).



The public can drop off the items at the Red Cross Headquarters in Nicosia from 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Thursdays and at the offices and branches of the Red Cross in all the cities, from 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday.



The Red Cross is also accepting money contributions for the people of Gaza in the bank accounts below:

Could you please provide details of the Swiss bank account I can pay it into, thus cutting out the middle man.
