I might have sold a car I have to a neighbour who is a swallow visitor, what is the procedure to transfer the registration to them. I believe I need a letter from my Muhtar but what else is needed.

i think you need to go to the registration office with them and a fee is payable.

(passports will be needed.)

from the last time i did it! about 18 months ago.

it may have change, why not pop into girne policestation and ask them!

we just bought one and papers had to be filled up and go to nicosia registration - the cost is 250TL - for the buyer -
