Hi All



I live up in the Central Highlands of Scotland. I have bought on Sweetwater Bay Development of which I think is great.



I went down to our local very small supermarket today to stock up for Christmas and guess what beer was on special offer?????? EFES!!! I couldnt believe it so I have stocked well up, so all that is left is to wish all Cyprus44.com a very merry Christmas

Iceland sold EFES a few years back.

My local Tesco and Morrisons sell the 500ml bottles.

Wish they would get some Cankaya on the wine shelves.

hi guys

down in london, they sell all drinks from efes, tekel raki and even cankaya, the reason for this is because there are lots of cypriots who live in the south east, so there are lots of cypriot supermarkets, so if you are ever in london make sure you go in to a turkish supermarket

Excuse my ignorance, but what is Cankaya, Is this a local wine?

I have tried some of the local wine, but I wasn't too keen. Fortunately we found a supermarket that sells the Californian Blossom Hill. Anybody know a Good supermarket that sells International wine ie Chilean.

cankaya is a turkey produced white wine very tasty, also kavak is a suitable tasting red, also dikmen is cheap and ok, lal is a tasty rose, but for the price and taste it has to be villa doluca red and white give it a try
