Johnboy, they sound a little made up as I can't imagine Swansea allowing anyone to register a car with FU2 or PEN15? It would be like having a plate P 155 OFF!

FU2 beloned to Paul Raymond years ago the sex tycoon , as for PEN15 yes that also was on a plate but the owner kept getting nicked by the police.

mess 3 - these are old numbers - PEN 15 i think comes from the 1930's - well before people started transferring them and selling them...



Mess 10 - he sold it in the 1960's - last i heard it was owned by Steve Parish.
