On this sunny day in Lapta...joke!!

Am squeezing my lemons..no negative nick..don't even think it.

Got about 2 pint of juice already.How should I freeze,?I have ice cube trays,and a couple of containers that fit in freezer,about 1 pint size.

Will the juice last long once defrosted?

Hi Mike , once it's defrosted you have to treat it as fresh . I would freeze it in icecubes if i were you , can take as little or as much as you like , no wastage

Mike,

I know you can boil the fresh lemon juice with sugar and it makes like a concentrated lemon squash that keeps very well and can be diluted with water to make lemonade.

not sure of the quantities or timings but I'm sure someone on here can help?

I've just made this lemon squash! I used 1 litre of lemon juice and 1200 grams of sugar but if you want it sweeter use more. Just warm it through until the sugar dissolves and it lasts for ages.
