hi everyone, I have just joined the forum, my husband and I are looking to move out to north cyprus sometime this year and are looking to hear from anyone who has bought property on the elevated site at port cyprium. Would also love to hear any news on this site.

Not actually bought on the site you have asked for but I am very close @ Crystal Bay Marina (1km).



I was in N Cyprus last week and the weather was 20 degrees and sunny - no snow. It looks as though the site you are asking about has started - not so sure about the actual marina though?

Thanks Wine Man for your reply, There seems to be more and more sites being built. didn't know there was another marina will pay it a visit on our next trip.

Biker-babe we were out Esentepe way on Saturday and it was warm and sunny. I even saw someone sunbathing by their pool in a bikini! It was overcast and windy when we got back to Karsiyaka.
