I believe everything has been said about moderators over the last few weeks, both good and bad, so it is time to stop all threads on that topic.



Do you not think that if they have not got the message by now then they will not do so?



Personally I think there is still a bit of tightening up to do ie banning totally the idiots who contiue to disrupt this forum otherwise it is heading in the right direction, yava, yavas.

Moderators, you have a tough job, but people would respect you more if you got rid of loosers like trncc the minute you see that they are only on here to wind people up with no attempt at discuising it. He's even admitted he's already got banned, so banning trncc again, now, would be a good start!

Unfortunately some people get their rather sad validation on here by provoking other members and ultimately forum administrators into yellow carding them.

They perversely then wear this ban as some sort of badge of honour.



Although it takes a lot of will power,the best thing you can do with these characters is to completely ignore them and let their posts wither on the vine.

They REALLY hate that.
