| Without trawling through all the topics, could anybody provide me with Iceman's mobile number, (used to have it but lost it), need to contact him, as I have a Sky digital decoder that needs matching to a sky card.

| don't think Iceman can get them any more.....
Try looking on E Bay for a "Humax Foxsat HDR Freesat +" box...
Lots of UK channels (BBC1, ITV1 etc etc), record facility and no monthly payments EVER !
Deffo the way forward...

The receiver you mention is GREAT.. but useless in CY if you don't have
1/ a 4.2m dish
and / OR
2/ wish to subscribe to SKY - as if you do - the record facility is free ;)
3/ Currently only Channel 4 HD receivable in Cyprus on a non-sub package - 14 more available via SKY ..
Deffo the way fwd , if you only want one HD channel and your hate Mr Murdock.. |

1/ it isn't the same viewing experience - quality wise or hassle wise
2/ better source of free TV progs provided by the actual tv cos these days.
3/ The OP was asking about SKY plus not "dodgy" internet TV ;) |
