i was never asked , it was taken for granted that we would . Not very romantic but we have been happily married for 36yrs { touch wood }

i said, yeah, mite as well..alright then....we did..had 2 kids..lasted 8 long dull years, then went our own ways. I have now met a lovely man, have gained a step son, got a gorgeous dog, cat and a giant green iguana..and im loving it. Dont think we'll marry though.once bitten...

We had a lovely romance for 3 years in UK while studying, then decided to come to france to get married - 36 years 17TH of march - still very much in love - it is an " every day job !!!! " welcome to the club !!!

When my partner proposed in the 80's I had a terrible stammer........I was stuck on "I do...I do....I do"....for around 30 seconds and by the time I got it out ......."I do... not want to marry you". She had phoned her family to tell them, all her good news. What could.....I do...I do....I do then!

have a lovely evening too, we are not going out for valentine day because we do not believe that love must be prouved once a year on valentine day but we are having a very nice typical french french at home with a lovely old tc lady who lost a husband a few years ago ! and i love cooking and receive the one i love home -i am very mediteranean -
