Prior to Christmas there was a large advert in the Cyprus Today regarding a new language school which I believe was to be above the Sony shop in Kyrenia. Aapart from the lessons there was supposed to be workshops where you could practice your newly found skills. I was wondering if anyone on this forum signed up? Was it as good as the owners made out it to be? How much was it to join and for how many lessons?

Thanks

Well not much help there Sue!

Does anyone know of anyone giving Turkish lessons? I will be there for six weeks from mid March and could do with a 'crash course' I'm staying in Lapta but don't mind travelling as far as Girne.

I remember seeing a board up somewhere saying 'Turkish Lessons Here!' but can't think where it was now.

Cronos, your a star!!

i saw the original ad in the Cyprus Today, so I guess it was in English. I just hoped that someone reading this would have tried them out, as it sounded good what they were offering. I just wondered what it was like in reality and of course how much they were charging.

Thanks Dave, will check out the numbers you listed
