Does anyone have first hand information about will making in TCNC and could recommend an honest solicitor who can deal with the matter?

If you type wills into search above there is quite a lot of info.



If you bequests are simple you can do it yourself for price of 2 stamps per person 27tl and 6tl.



All the info is on site, do not pay solicitors anything unless you have to.

If you do not want to do it yourself then the Noter is a good bet 50 pounds each instead of the 150 solicitors charge. ibrahim Debrelli two doors away from Chopsticks in town

Did one last week toatl cost 50YTL. Form from HBPG and visited the Noter round the corner from the solicitors offices. About twenty minutes got friends to witness and put passport nos on. You can lodge with the court for a further charge but it is still legal if not lodged.

No need to pay noter, just lodge direct with court. No cost!!
