hi all we are are flying from stanstead for ten days at easter travelling down from wigan , can anyone recomend a nice guest house nearby to stay the night before for me my wife and our fourteen year old daughter. .

yes try google guest houses great dunmow essex.5mins down the road,very nice guaint small old town.take a look around..have safe trip.

if you just want a room the Premier Travel Inn is right at the airport but if you want to go upmarket try the holiday Inn also at the airport and they used to provide free parking if you overnighted there.so twas good value when we used it

look at the Travel lodge website. The location is Great Dunmow.

We got a family room for £19 - it is 15 min drive max from the airport. Has bistro for evening meal and breakfast.
