Ive got 1donum 2 evlek with roads to 2 sides electric and water within 2 metres of plot and was valued at £38.000 Think yours may be a bit inflated Im afraid(Any buyers interesred let me Know)I think in this current climate that mine sounds more realistic Im afraid Sorry to say But Hey good luck

Most people don't want or need one and a half donum of land for their villa.

Half that size will do nicely.

On a one and a half donum plot you would have to build something really large to justify the land cost.

if your 1.5 donum is in Catalkoy with all services available i would be very interested.

£69k is a good price for catalkoy, no matter what you all say, a builder will put 3 villas on that.

no offence but have you seen the size of the house buılt for the at prıce. NOw some one who bought 2 and a half donums for 70k and buılt a 410 metre sq hse. for only 140k stg
