we gave them the vote, we let them have equal pay, we let them wear trousers and now some have tatoos.. now that is hardly feminine is it, the younger woman with a small buttlerfly on their bottom is ok but a 35 year old woman with a tatto really is demonstrating lower class attributes

I took learned to drive in Cyprus (yes - 10-12 lessons, followed by 15mins test) I have to admit, that driving through the village, I have got out of the car and handed the keys to the driver of another vehicle to back me out of the way (TWICE), and the first time I came across one of those mirrors by a narrow road I stopped, waited for the car to come out, and when it didn't I cursed (stupid sod, blocking the road etc etc) and as I got out of the car to ask them to move - I saw MYSELF in the mirror getting out of MY car!!!! Yes, I am amongst you - be afraid, be very afraid...............

HI could I just correct you there women fought for their rights losing lives in the process. Women to date still do not get equal pay. Also to my So'ns dismay his Lorry Driving instructor told him last week that WOMEN make better Lorry Drivers.....due to their patience and precise time management skills.......

I took my driving test here and I didn't go near a main road during it! No wonder the Turkish Cypriots drive the way they do! I don't think they get taught how to park or do mirror, signal manoeuvre etc. as during one of my compulsory lessons here I got told off for using my mirrors to reverse around a corner as I should have been looking over my shoulder out of the window!! Don't worry though I took about 20 lessons in the UK before I got here so I am not a danger.......as long as I don't have to reverse around a corner of course!
