| Went yesterday to get my books updated (go quarterly when have a work permit). But the office was closed up with a note on the door, which was only in Turkish so didnt understand. Anyone know why, and when they will open again?

| Could be they were on strike. Several unions are staging a protest.
BRT have it on their news page but there is nothing to say which offices are closed. |

| They moved there on Tuesday.
I mean our general hopsital in Girne.
Old was the wrong word...

| Just went there this morning.
Coming from the city, turn left when you see the hospital and follow the signs "District office". It is a new white building.

| The strike is over.
From today on nobody is allowed to be on the strike because of the elections.
