Does anyone know why it it isn't possible to text RoC numbers, although you can phone them, but you can receive texts from them?

Just seems a little odd t me, that's all.

When texting from South to North and using the CYAGSM Network you have to put the full international phone number 00905.....

Texting from south to north is no problem. But texting from either Telsim or Turkcell does not get received by either Cytagsm or MTN. On the sending phone it looks as though it has been sent but it never arrives. Is the restriction on sending from the north or reception in the south, and why?

Try using Voipwise,, I text all over the world, cheaper than using your phone. may work for the south or vice versa.

it is possible to text a south number using the internet but if you've just hit a hole in one at Korineum and want to tell your mate on one of the bases about it, how do you send him a text like everyone else does with an ordinary mobile? Who is preventing this and why?
