could anyone help me please.we have sent a couple of e mails to north cyprus but we dont no if they are recieving them,or the people on the other end are ignoring them. without having to phone is there anyway i can tell. help help

Hi, you could ask someone on this board if they would allow you to send them an email.. but really email works or it doesn't..



If an email is having a problem getting through you normally get a bounce msg - if there is a problem that can't be resolved, or a warning msg - saying mail not delivered, yet.



The receiver may not be checking email, or your mail *could* be being ignored, or in their "spam" folder.



Sometimes, even in this day and age, a phone call will kick them into life..

If you use Microsoft Outlook there is a tool option where you can choose to receive a confirmation of delivery and also a confirmation when your email has been read.



However,the latter option depends on the recipient agreeing to the automated confirmation being sent back.

Depends to whom you are sending the emails. Some TRNC recipients will simply ignore them, especially if they are requests for action over a problem you are having.

Clayton, I guess you are requesting some info from a builder or advacate if so don't be too alarmed if you do not recieve an answer they are some of the worst communicators in the world.

Clayton for four years our builder has ignored our email and phone calls, we only communicate whilst in N.C, so don't worry if it is your builder, on saying that, our builder seems to have moved premises without telling any body! I will not say who this is though until I am aware of all the fact's and don't want to scaremonger, I have been watching most of the N.C Forums and there has been no mention of any wrong doing, should I find there is I will let you all know.
