Any member had any problems adjusting to time when they return to UK. I always find I'm still on Cyprus time for ages after I return.

Steve it takes me about a week, which is usually how long I am there to adjust, but when I get back I sleep in later so in the end it works out just fine.

Steve I just stay on Cyprus time. Funny thing is at work they do not mind me turning up 2 hours early but get the hump when I want to go home 2 hours before the rest of them.

Morning Dee , ive only stayed a max of 3wks , but then again i'm one of those that gets up about 2am , and i do'nt need much sleep , so perhaps that has an effect or perhaps not have an effect { i think i'm confusing myself here }

whenever i go home, after a long time of being in Cyprus, i don't have any trouble adjusting...must be a gift!! lol
