When I returned to my flat last month after just over 2 months I

found my t.v. not working (poor or no signal message) although it

had been fine when I left. No-one has been staying there since.

I called Tektan whose man took about 5 mins. to fix it & was told that

I must have erased the programmes. I am sure that I did not but still

had to pay 50ytl which I thought was a lot for few mins. work. How can

this happen?

Hey Phyray, not sure if this is this same, but with my digiturk, if i put the box on standby, i lose most of my channels, and they will not restore with easy installation, i actually have to take the box to someone elses house to reload the channels. It's ok if i turn it off by the plug or by a power cut, but not by the digibox itself. I know of one other person who this happens to, i'd be interested to know if anyone elase gets this problem.

hi Sylvie

If I remember rightly it's Botech or something like that.
