| An old friend gave me this recipe - she is married long time to T.C and another traditional one she gave me is for stuffed artichokes, (enginar) Will look it up if anyone wants. These are good for the heart and generally. She makes her own dolmas too, this Yorkshire lass. Like Italian food also, & Spanish, and...yes most food, except fatty, unhealthy British stuff. We do have some good food too, but Mediterranean fare is so tasty and healthy (on the whole!) |
