hi gates

i'm not to sure as we purchased a old house.

i thought it was 3% and then %5 tax/vat?

sounds quite a lot to me but ours was done last year and paid in ytl.

keep trying someone must know.

or ask at the office that takes the tax for houses, they were very good with us when the sellers solicitor tried to stuff us with her taxes as well as our.

Hi gates, £3,000 doesn't seem to far off.

£2,375 KDV(vat)

£357 Transfer tax

£25 Title deed fee

£5 Belediye tax

£2,762

Plus they normally ask for more to cover currency fluctuations.
