On my first visit to North Cyprs 3/4 years ago the lady who showed us around turned out to have lived in the town I now live, worked in the hotel not 200 yards from where I live and her boss was once my neighbour



During a visit last year I got chatting to a chap while sitting round the pool.

He tells me he is over looking at property and had made his mind up to buy a villa in the Esentepe/Bahceli area. Turns out he buys the one next to us



I wonder how many people on our forum will turn out to be from the same town, neighbourhood,or school etc as other members?



Anyone had a similar experience ?

Joseph, two couples who have apartments in our block come from within a couple of miles from where Mrs Wick lived most of her life, after talking to them & finding this out it also turns out we know many of the same people.

I met a couple who became my best friends, here in a restaraunt. They lived 10 mins away from us in the UK!!! And TWO ex work colleagues also bought here by coincidence!!

We went into a restaurant,

and while talking to the owners,

discovered we had lived less than a mile apart in Scotland!!!

Yes I met Dodger in Girne who introduced me to his cousin Newlad, I couldn,t tell you where Newlad is now (Think he is doing time).
