Mos restaurant is on the main Karakum to Catalkoy road just next to Polar restaurant

If it makes things easier, I think it's Mo's restaurant, as is run by Mo/belonging to Mo.

I think you will find that Mos restaurant is quite different to Mo's (of the Courtyard) if that is who you meant. Mos is next to Polar restaurant in the new parade of shops.
