Ok i know there are few threads around already regarding SeaTerra.

But can we please keep this thread specific to the Marina complex.



As i am not yet an owner, but wishing to purchase on the site, i cannot access the private forum, so this is the only place i can ask these questions.



Does it get busy there during the summer months?

Are there are resturants near by?

What is the onsite pool bar/hut like and what they they serve there?



i would really appricate replies from people who actually own on the site.

We have an apartment at the Marina and it is a fantastic setting , we overlook to sea , the complex has its own entrance to the quaint little fishing Marina , where you can buy fish straight from the boat .



The large beach is a 5 minute walk away . We have a couple of restaurants 10 minute walk away , and we also have a fantastic takeaway who delivers to the complex in the summer months .



We have a petrol station on our doorstep , and 2 well stocked supermarkets .



A short drive up into Tatlisu village you will find the council office and a bank .



Ercan airport is 35 minutes away , Lanarca 1 hour .good road systems to Girne , Famagusta , Nicosia .Tatlisu is idylic as it has all what you need , without the hustle bustle .



We also have a strong association where we owners have a say in running the complex , as soon as anyone purchases on the Marina , you get access to a private forum where all owners exchange tips, suggestions , feedback etc .

The pool bar serves drinks/snacks and you can have a take away delivered to the pool bar.



We have a well equipped gym on site with flat screen tv's



Up to now it remains quiet all year round , but this coming year i think feedback has said it will be busier .



We have a good committee in process something i recommend .

You are welcome to pop around for drinks any time we are in .

All of the apartments have been sold from the developer , however investors are now selling some on , but the sea views will go quickly . also because we overlook a fishing Marina , complete sea views , it is becoming a sought after site . Take a peek , speak to the owners , you will get a better idea of everything . Enjoy !!!!!!!!!

what i would recommend is that you contact estate agents or visit the complex , to find out if there are any for sale .

Hi,

We have 2 appts on site and are prepared to sell one. A 3 bed right in front of pool and sea or a 2 bed penthouse. I can confirm info posted is accurate. I dont know about bar and when it opens.I think it opens when there is enough people

The bar can be opened by any owner at any time but it is requested that plastic glasses are used

we own on the marina and were there last week.the pool bar is open but not stocked with anything.youcan just bring ur own and use the fridge etc.
