| Hi Everyone,
Just enquiring if anybody can recommend any good,reasonable and reliable site maintenance companies. We have been given permission by Santa Fe to sound owners/companies out to provide the service for about 28 apartments at Olive Grove,Lapta.
Any advice/constructive comments would be useful,kind regards, Steve |

advertise for tender then let all owners see tenders then owners vote on the one they want running the site . Hope this helps . |

| Save yourself a heap of money and form a committee and do it yourselves, its not a large development so you should have too many problems! We have 63 properties and only charge £300 a year per dwelling, we have one very large pool!! |

| why do you all go though this and then your agent you nominate sign up with call us in we have to give them 10 or 20 % to do the work you could get for the price of our in house service and so much more http://www.braceybuilders.com there for you no comition to any other service |
