Just read on MSN news Edward Kennedy is to be given an honorary knighthood.



For what - murdering a young lady at Chappaquidick. The man is a disgrace to the USA let alone now to the UK honours system.

The whole Honours system is a load of tosh, get rid of the lot of them including the Royal family, the biggest bunch of parasites in the country. At least if we had a President their term of office comes to an end, this lot just go on for ever.

Poor show from Harriet Harman at PMQT today when asked why Sir Fred Goodwin had been put forward for his knighthood she claimed that Fred (nice and cosy eh) had been put forward for his services to the Princes Trust as opposed to banking. Shortly afterwards her press office had to issue an apology which confirmed that he had in fact been awarded his knighthood for his services to banking !!! It would be funny....except that he's the only one laughing!!
