We are coming to the TRNC latter this month and are looking to buy two properties.



A 2 or 3 bedroom penthouse flat, with outside space (roof terrace or large balcony) communal pool, between Catalkoy and Lapta. Top quality complex or within walking distance to the old Harbour in Kyrenia.



Quality 3 or more bedroom villa with private pool set on about 1 donum between Catalkoy and Karsiyaka, in an established area with completed garden. Kocan in owner’s possession. Up to 200 Thousand



These are cash sales and a rapid completion is envisaged.



In the current market conditions we are looking at value for money property in return for a quick sale.

Sorry no joke here. The market is low and the political situation is unclear to say the least but you build the risks into the price.



We are looking to make quick purchases if the property is at the right price.
