Near to Mambo Bar, wooden hut, sells all garden "gear", ask for the very strong stuff, think i paid about 15tl the last time i bought.

Mediterranean Gardner (near Mambo opposite the Ravine) has Knock Down which is the same as Round Up, probably the best weed killer. It takes about ten days for the plants to go yellow then die. Dilution table on the bottle is not so clear but the cap is a measure and needs two cap fulls per 5 litres. Our first year here our gardener used what he said was weed killer but was fertiliser, best weeds in town.

i tried Knock Down quite effective but no where near as good as sonround also Mediterranean Gardner is quite a bit more expensive than girne ( in my opinion )

I read in a home magazine that pouring hot water on weeds will be the end of that cycle. Have not tried it yet.
