One of my Dr friend who has moved to island from UK wants to work here. She approached me to help her to know the way to it.Does any one know where should she be looking for medical jobs?.

Can she not just apply in writing to all the Hospitals and medical centres ,asking if they have any available posts ?

I would maybe get her to approach the ministry of health. I am sure that should be her first step. See what they require here to practise or work.

I think that non Cypriot qualified medical people have a real struggle to get work here as the jobs must only go to Cypriots. Surely she should be contacting the Ministry of Health to see if she would be able to get a work permit?

i think if you want to practic in either the north or south you need to be fluent in the local language.
