fisher & paykel fridge problem

i have a fisher & paykel 120lw bar fridge that the ice box had a hole in the cooling element tube my question is is this element the only part that cools the fridge or is there another cooling element in the back of the fridge as underneath the fridge there is 2 copper tubes that go into the back of the fridge under the insulation foam and 2 that come out
