Absouleteley digraceful,i remember seeing the video on you tube. Why hasnt anything been done about these thugs.Surely something will be done now.Hope the guy is o.k. and hope he carries on his fight, why havent the british government done anything about it,makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach.

Dreadful

It was interesting to note that the poor man's assault was labelled an 'accident' and that it is being investigated to see if there is a case to press charges! well if being kicked so hard as to potentially damage his kidneys and give him head injuries is not a case for assault, I do not know what is.

Lets hope he gets some form of justice.

outragious , how could something like this happen and be made so light of , an accident !!!!!!!!!!!! these people responsible really need to be taken to task . and be made an example of , for all the developers who think that by bullying and violence that people will lie down and get ripped off . the poor family must be going through hell, but you have to admire him for not giving up and continueing to persue justice

regards simbas

The Greek Cypriots will get away with it like they have been getting away with their propaganda since the 1950's and particularly since 1974!
