| I had a look around the site a few weeks ago, it looks very nice, location is quiet and unspolit.
But i am not familiar with the area, and as i have not purchased on this site yet, i am unable to access the forum to gain some feedback, so thought i would ask around here.

I viewed some apartments aswell.
Overall i was impressed, it was just very quiet, and i wanted to know what it would be like living there.

| I do know there are a few people who intend to retire out there but on the whole at the moment there are few residents .

| It is very quiet out there but then it is a long way from anything at moment. No shops/bars/restaurants/water supplies to speak of ?? I would have thought it was more of a holiday complex. If you were going to retire there ; there would be too few full timers to make any sort of commmunity. This is only my opinion and of course - 'each to their own'
The other thing of course - I understand the developers are leaving the isalnd to build in Morocco. what would your building gaurantee be worth? ( before somone else says it......... ) |
