I've got this great offer on a large dish, very large dish, in fact bloody enormous dish, ooh must be 100 metres across. Guaranteed to get Sky, in fact THE Sky. It's in Hawaii up some mountain but Heh, can't be beyond someone in NC working out how to shift it. Anyone in NC know anything about fitting dishes?

sorry for the delay but i compleatly forgot about this thread. wow it`s a biggy now... you are right 6ms, you only need a 4.2 meter dish in east & sometimes in the south, depends where you live, the price i quoted is often advertised in the the cyprus weekly paper, also quite a few people i know with a 4.2 meter dish paid less than 1.500 for all of the installation. sometimes due to the weather they have problems with itv after a certain time of night.

If they have problems with ITV in the evenings, then the dish isn't set up right - especially if it is in Larnaca or further west.. towards Limassol. It AMAZES me how many folk accept installers " oh it's atmospherics " nonsense..

sorry should have said 1.500 sterling. kiti village is the place where people have the most problems, i unfortunatly only have the small dish with all the mbc channels & fox, & dubai one. don`t think i would like a huge dish in my garden.
