Hi All purchasers, I had to post Palm Bay View heading as previous one has reached maximum 255 posts allowed.



Anyway has anybody got any news? Have you received the March newsletter?



More Importantly, Has anybody got their permissions to purchase at Palm Bay View?

Contacted my solicitor re transfer of title deeds and they said that they would take care of it when it came about & not to worry. Call me naive, but I believe them. Am only worried about how they'll charge for the pleasure...

Have you had your Permissions to Purchase decision yet? Has your Lawyer actually applied for them, You should have filled out a form for this at purchase contract stage.

Am sure I did, it has been going on so long so need to check my files, or else will just email my Solicitor and confirm with them & get them to scan the Permission to Purchase doc to me. Their fairly fast on these things (well the Assistant is!).

Cheers for the tip though. Sometimes I feel so in the dark...

There are recent posts, including some of yours, on the thread Palm Bay View 2. It will involve you putting Palm Bay View into the search engine and then working your way through the old threads. PBV 2 includes recent reports (May / June) on the complex. Hope this helps.
