Can you reserve your seats and check in on line with CTA after you have made a booking? We booked a couple of months ago and when I try to reserve seats now it seems to want me to go through a lenghty process giving all my details again. I lost the will to live half way through. I thought it would be a simple process of just supplying your booking reference. If it is possible can you do the same flying out of Ercan? We have a very early flight home and it would really help to be able to get to the airport a bit later.

the last time we flew with cta it was a total mess.

we did an ebooking and got the run around at ercan for ages, go to this desk, no go to that desk, what a joke.

we said never again, we booked our next flights with pegasus see how they perform?

i think cta have to many workers all doing nothing!

hi . i am going to england in july and when i booked about a month ago, i also reserved my seat with no problem.

You can only reserve your seats on the plane at the time of the original booking. You cannot go back later and do it.



Also note that from the UK to Ercan, the UK handling company do not always recognise, or know about, your seat reservation and load the plane as though there were no reserved seats.



This has happened to me many times at both Birmingham and Manchester Airports. The situation may be different from Stansted or Heathrow, I cannot comment as I have never flown from these airports with KTHY. But I do find that my seat reservation on the Ercan to UK is known about and accepted.
