Wouldn't it be great if they run a bus service from the North side of the border to Orphanides for people who would like to go more often without the high cost of the Insurance 30 euros

the south is sooooooo expensive now that the pounds has slipped

er...i mean sterling has undergone a significant market adjustment

far better to keep faith with the kktc and spend all your dosh there

or you could meet up with juliet then when partition is mysteriously reversed

through some arcane process yet to be explained

let her show you round on a tour of the north coast of "her country"

dream on

I'm sure "Juliet" would willingly show you around Lapitos/ Kyrenia / Ayios Amrosios ( Lapta/ Girne / Essentepe) ;)

mark,

canute is an analogy about not accepting the inevitable:

are you trying to say the trnc will be gone in, say, another 25 years?

a simple yes or no will be more than adequate

Dear Andre_514

"canute is an analogy about not accepting the inevitable: "

.. you said it...now that should have been a clue ;)

"are you trying to say the trnc will be gone in, say, another 25 years? "

..it hasn't "arrived" .. nor will it ..

1/ When I sign in on SKYPE and see "northies" logged in; it shows the Cyprus flag..

2/ I can't find an intl dialling code for "TRNC" ,

3/ what / where is Mersin 10?

It seems even Turkey is "realistic" when it comes to postage !

So 36 years on .. and.. ?

re msg 18 Juliet .. I hope you didn't say that about Chris Cash and Carry ! - now Carrefour ;)

"trnc will be gone...in say...25 years?"

msg 19:

at least I now know when I thought I was visiting an unrecognised state,

I was actually touring a country that doesn't really exist:

nice sunsets though...and christofias must be negociating with himself

come to think of it, and in a metaphorical sense, he may well be, poor guy
