Just noticed that someone has just come on line with what, in my opinion, is an obscene name. Whilst I realise that he/she cannot post at present, is it right that the name should appear at all?

Fortunately, it's disappeared. Don't know whether it was removed or whether they stopped browsing. I suspect the latter, but whichever, it's gone for now.

Izzet you need to not accept registration via open proxies and you need to capture the IP address of people when they sign up. This way you can block this person, as they will have limited different IP addresses they can use and you can also report them to their ISP. This will not work however if you do not block registrtion from IP address that are open proxy servers.
