Just thought we'd say hello to all our soon to be new neighbours. We are Paul and Alison, our apartment is B4 left. We have seen the progression on the photo's and things have really come on since October when we was there. We are really looking forward to getting out their in the summer with our two daughters. We are aiming to go out there in July and see the completed site!!

We are all looking forward to the completion ( especially as i watched the new homes from hell program last night)

As I'm sure you're aware most of the CBM crowd interact on the Crystal bay Marina (evergreen site) forum started by markcbm.

(It follows on from another forum of a similar name)

He was out there when I did my snagging in January.

Tony hickey also is a regular contributor with the photos I'm sure you will have seen on multiply.

Nice to meet you. Will be even nicer to meet in person on a completed site.

Hi Ian,

We too seen the same program, which made us look for the update photo's. Makes you concerned when you see people losing their hard earned cash.



On CBM although things are quite slow it was nice to see some improvement on the site, they seem to be a reputable developer, moving at a steady pace, things always seem to take longer overseas.



Does anybody know the predicted completion as we were looking to book the flights for July. Our solicitor has not yet responded and we were wondering would it be fininshed by then.

Hold that thought we are no longer (B4LEFT CBM), few probs we need to sort out. Had to change flights to early july to sort it. Why is nothing ever staight forward!!

Hi have joined Cyprus 44 just this morning, we returned from CBM a couple of weeks ago having met new nice neighbours Mark , Joy , Ben and Linda.

We all had various snagging to carry out in our properties but nothing too serious and overall the Apts are good, the complex was virtually empty so the whole infrastructure has yet to be properly tested.

Jenny the site manager was very helpfull , the new Joya restaurant together with its staff was excellent.

Hopefully Evergreen will start on planting out the gardens now the hot weather has finished and the rains are coming .

We are returning again this week and will update this site on our return with anything found to be important.

I am not quiet sure of navigating this Cyprus 44 yet ref all the topics and pictures regarding CBM, hope to learn as I go, the site is an excellent idea ,wish we had known of its existance earlier. Be in touch.
