| Just had a full english at the Supreme Supermarket, everything on, pleasant service at a good price, syrup to the tonsils after a gallon of the best from the Old Mill. Full marks and the Dixie Normus Best brekfast award.

I have just started on a diet to shift a load of unwanted lard. "Special K" is the order of the morning.......I can smell the breckie in the Supreme supermarket from here in London.....Mmmmm!....Will power is needed !
