| could anyone tell me would I better exchanging british pounds in the uk or in the trnc? what is the best rate and where in the trnc is the should I use? |

| I normally just take sterling with me and use the Hut which is just off the main road in Alsanjack to change into TL.You may get a better rate in Girne as there are many money exchange places. |

| Sheila - do you mean The Sun exchange? We always used to use them, but have used the Hut since they opened - it saves us the hair-raising drive through Girne!!

HI the Hut is closer to you but I find the rate better opposite the Dome it must be the Sun exchange as I think there is only one opp the Dome its a small little place but it still give 2/3 ytl more than the other ones, depends on how much you are changing up whether its worth driving to town find out how much the hut is giving as the Sun was 2.51ytl yesterday which is quite good

I would think they would change up whatever amount you give them I have never heard of there being a limit especially in the Sun Exchange

I have always gone to Sun Exchange, well unless I have only a little bit to change and I am in a Supermarket then I am forced to change it there, but for years I have gone into town its worth the hassle of parking for the amount you save changing up they always give the best rate better than most Banks
