Managed to get an answer to an Email to Turkcell re their appalling service (particularly in the Bogaz area)?

20 minutes after posting the above, I received a phone call from a very pleasant lady at Turkcell. She tells me the poor service in the Bogaz area will be sorted by the end of this month.
